Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage technologies Flocho.com actually uses. We do not treat continued browsing as consent. Optional analytics remain disabled until you choose to accept them.

1. Storage needed to provide features

We use first-party cookies and browser storage when needed to provide a requested feature: maintaining a session, remembering language and preferences, protecting an account, or supporting offline features. We do not use this data for advertising.

2. Optional analytics

We load the providers below only after you accept analytics. Flocho continues to work normally if you reject them.

  • Google Analytics: when a measurement ID is configured, it measures pages and interactions and receives session statistics, approximate location, and general browser and device information. GA4 may create first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier>, with a default lifetime of up to 2 years that can vary by configuration and browser.
  • Vercel Web Analytics: measures viewed pages and routes together with technical data such as referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. It does not use third-party cookies and discards its visitor session after 24 hours; Flocho treats it as optional analytics and does not load it before permission is given.

3. External functional services

Flocho also uses external services for specific features. The Google Identity Services script loads to offer Google sign-in; Google Maps loads in address forms when configured; Stripe loads when a payment flow is opened; and YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. Each provider processes the data needed for its service under its own policy; we do not use these integrations for Flocho advertising.

4. Technologies we do not currently use

Flocho.com does not currently include advertising pixels, ad networks, or social plugins intended to follow your browsing across different sites. We will update this page and request the appropriate permission before adding a different optional technology.

5. Change or withdraw your consent

You can accept, reject, or configure analytics from the initial notice. Later, reopen the settings with the “Privacy” button in the lower-left corner. When you withdraw permission, we stop analytics and delete Google Analytics cookies accessible from Flocho.com. You can also clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings.
