Flocho Subscription Terms

Terms for subscriptions and recurring billing.

These terms explain how Flocho subscriptions work, including automatic renewal, recurring charges, cancellation, access, failed payments, refunds, and support.

These Subscription Terms are a business template for Flocho and are not legal advice. Subscription, payment, consumer protection, refund, cancellation, SMS, and digital service rules may vary by location. For maximum protection, have a qualified attorney review these terms before relying on them as final legal documents.

1. Agreement to Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid subscription services offered by Flocho LLC, including MyVocabulary and any other Flocho digital subscription service that may be offered now or in the future.

By purchasing, starting, renewing, or using a Flocho subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and any checkout terms shown before purchase.

If you do not agree to these Subscription Terms, you should not purchase or use a Flocho subscription.

2. Subscription Services

Flocho may offer subscriptions for digital services, educational tools, vocabulary learning features, finance-related tools, AI-assisted features, premium access, or other digital services.

MyVocabulary subscription features may include vocabulary themes, learning progress, words, examples, audio, pronunciation tools, stories, levels, and other learning features.

Subscription features may vary by plan, billing period, user account, availability, technical limitations, and business changes.

Flocho may add, remove, update, limit, pause, or modify subscription features where allowed by law.

3. Plans, Prices, and Billing Periods

Available plans, prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal details are shown before checkout.

Flocho may offer monthly, yearly, promotional, trial, discounted, beta, or limited-time subscription plans.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Taxes, fees, or provider charges may apply depending on your location, payment method, and applicable law.

Flocho may change plan prices or features in the future. If required by law or provider rules, Flocho will provide notice before price changes apply to existing subscribers.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next billing date.

By subscribing, you authorize Flocho and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription price, taxes if applicable, and any accepted fees.

Your billing period begins when the subscription purchase is completed, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Renewal charges may occur automatically without additional manual approval from you, unless cancellation is completed before the renewal date.

5. Payment Method Authorization

You must provide a valid payment method to purchase or maintain a paid subscription.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Stripe, Google Pay-supported processors, card networks, banks, wallets, or other payment services.

Flocho does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

You authorize Flocho and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for subscription charges, renewals, approved plan changes, unpaid balances, taxes if applicable, and other charges accepted by you.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and updated.

6. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, Flocho or its payment provider may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, send payment notices, pause access, downgrade access, or cancel the subscription.

Flocho may suspend access to paid features if the subscription is unpaid, disputed, canceled, expired, fraudulent, or otherwise not in good standing.

You remain responsible for unpaid subscription charges that were validly incurred before cancellation, account suspension, or payment failure.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous charges.

When available, cancellation may be completed from your Flocho account subscription area.

You may also request cancellation support by contacting support@flocho.com or contact@flocho.com with the email used on your Flocho account and your subscription details.

To avoid the next renewal charge, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date.

Flocho may need reasonable time to review support-based cancellation requests. The safest method is to cancel from the account subscription area when that option is available.

8. Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, access to paid subscription features may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

After the paid period ends, Flocho may remove, limit, downgrade, or pause access to subscription-only features.

Canceling a subscription does not delete your Flocho account automatically.

Some saved data, progress, settings, files, or content may remain in your account according to our Privacy Policy and data retention practices.

9. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access to the digital service has started, unless required by law or approved by Flocho.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for previous charges.

Flocho may review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, technical issues, unauthorized charges, service failures, or other exceptional situations.

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider, card network, bank, or wallet provider.

Refund requests should include your account email, payment date, subscription plan, transaction information if available, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Refunds are handled according to Flocho’s Refund Policy, these Subscription Terms, checkout terms, provider rules, and applicable law.

10. MyVocabulary Subscription Access

MyVocabulary is an educational tool for vocabulary practice, themes, examples, pronunciation, audio, stories, levels, progress, and related learning features.

Access to MyVocabulary paid features may require an active subscription in good standing.

Flocho does not guarantee fluency, grades, exam results, school outcomes, job outcomes, immigration results, professional certification, or any specific learning result.

Vocabulary content, translations, pronunciation, examples, definitions, stories, audio, and AI-generated educational content may contain mistakes or may not fit every dialect, region, context, or learning goal.

Users are responsible for reviewing educational content and using additional trusted resources when accuracy is important.

11. Account Requirements

A Flocho account may be required to purchase, manage, or use a subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and keeping your payment method up to date.

Flocho may suspend or restrict subscription access if your account appears fraudulent, abusive, unpaid, compromised, or in violation of Flocho policies.

You may not share, resell, transfer, sublicense, or commercially exploit your subscription unless Flocho gives written permission.

12. Fraud, Abuse, Chargebacks, and Misuse

Flocho may suspend, cancel, or restrict a subscription if there is suspected fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, account sharing abuse, unauthorized access, violation of provider rules, or violation of Flocho Terms.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, Flocho may suspend access while the dispute is reviewed.

Submitting false information, abusing refunds, using stolen payment methods, bypassing subscription controls, or attempting to access paid features without payment is prohibited.

13. Service Availability and Changes

Subscription services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

Flocho does not guarantee that subscription services will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, compatible with every device, or free from technical issues.

Flocho may perform maintenance, updates, security changes, migrations, provider changes, or feature changes that may temporarily affect access.

Flocho may change, replace, remove, or discontinue subscription features where allowed by law.

14. Subscription Support

For subscription support, contact Flocho by email or text message first.

Include the email used on your Flocho account, the subscription plan, the payment date if relevant, and a clear explanation of your request.

Flocho mainly provides support through email and text message to reduce spam calls and keep a clear record of customer requests.

If a phone call is needed, Flocho may call or schedule a call after reviewing your email or text message.

Do not send full card numbers, bank passwords, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or sensitive payment credentials by email or text.

15. Relationship With Other Policies

These Subscription Terms work together with Flocho’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Help Center, and any checkout terms shown before purchase.

If there is a conflict between these Subscription Terms and a specific checkout disclosure shown at the time of purchase, the checkout disclosure may control for that specific purchase where allowed by law.

If there is a conflict between these Subscription Terms and applicable law, applicable law controls.
