Flocho services.

These Terms cover Flocho products, customized orders, subscriptions, payments, MyVocabulary, finance tools, AI features, uploaded designs, shipping, support, cancellations, refunds, and customer responsibilities.

These Terms explain how users may use Flocho websites, apps, subscriptions, products, custom services, and digital tools.

Payments and subscriptions

Users are responsible for purchases, billing information, renewals, cancellations, accepted subscription terms, and order approvals.

Business protection

These Terms include limits of liability, prohibited use, user responsibility, uploaded-content rules, and dispute procedures.

Legal Notice: These Terms are a strong business template for Flocho, but they are not legal advice. For maximum protection, have a qualified attorney review these Terms before relying on them as final legal documents.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Flocho LLC, including flocho.com, Flocho applications, custom product services, digital design services, MyVocabulary, finance tools, subscriptions, checkout pages, support channels, and any related online or offline services offered by Flocho.

By visiting Flocho, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a subscription, using a digital service, uploading content, submitting a design request, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms and to our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Help Center, and any checkout terms shown before purchase.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Flocho services.

Flocho may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Flocho after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Accounts and User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete account, contact, billing, shipping, subscription, and order information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to share your account with unauthorized users, use another person’s account without permission, or attempt to bypass authentication, subscriptions, permissions, or access controls.

Flocho may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, harmful, inactive, unpaid, compromised, or in violation of these Terms.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact secure@flocho.com as soon as possible.

3. Flocho Services

Flocho may offer custom products, apparel, printed products, DTF-related services, stickers, digital designs, mockups, educational tools, vocabulary learning services, finance tools, subscriptions, customer dashboards, and other digital or physical services.

Flocho may change, improve, limit, suspend, remove, or discontinue any feature, product, service, plan, content, or price at any time, where allowed by law.

Some services may require an account, active subscription, payment, compatible device, internet access, accurate information, or user-provided files.

Flocho may refuse service, cancel orders, remove content, or restrict access if a request appears illegal, unsafe, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, technically impossible, or outside the scope of services Flocho provides.

4. Customized Products and Design Requests

All customized products are made according to the specifications, files, instructions, names, sizes, colors, placement, and details provided or approved by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, quantities, image quality, design placement, product selection, shipping information, and order details before placing an order or approving production.

No returns, cancellations, or refunds are accepted on customized products once production has started, except when required by law or when the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect or a clear error by Flocho.

Flocho may provide previews, mockups, screenshots, or digital representations. These previews are for visual guidance only. Final colors, placement, texture, size, and print results may vary due to screen settings, lighting, material, printing process, file quality, supplier differences, and production limitations.

Customers are responsible for providing high-quality files. Low-resolution images, blurry artwork, incorrect dimensions, or poor-quality uploaded files may affect the final product.

5. User Content, Uploads, Designs, and Intellectual Property

You may upload or submit images, logos, text, designs, mockups, screenshots, product instructions, files, and other materials to Flocho.

By submitting content to Flocho, you confirm that you own or have the required rights, licenses, permissions, and releases to upload, use, print, reproduce, display, sell, modify, or submit that content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your custom designs comply with applicable laws and do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties.

Flocho is not responsible for copyright claims, trademark claims, legal disputes, or third-party complaints arising from images, logos, text, designs, files, or instructions provided by the customer.

You grant Flocho a limited license to store, copy, process, resize, convert, display, preview, print, produce, fulfill, deliver, support, and otherwise use your submitted content as needed to provide the requested services.

All Flocho-owned website content, branding, text, graphics, layouts, interfaces, software, product photos, designs, and materials created by Flocho LLC are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom design concepts, previews, templates, product mockups, software, website code, tools, and systems created by Flocho remain the property of Flocho or its licensors.

6. Content Standards and Refusal of Service

Flocho reserves the right to reject, remove, restrict, or cancel any design request, product order, uploaded file, account activity, or service request that appears inappropriate, offensive, harmful, unsafe, illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or inconsistent with Flocho’s business standards.

Prohibited content may include designs promoting hate, violence, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, explicit sexual content, illegal activity, counterfeit goods, regulated substances, threats, scams, malware, fraud, or unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.

Flocho may also reject content or orders that violate provider rules, payment processor rules, hosting rules, shipping rules, platform requirements, applicable law, or Flocho’s operational policies.

Flocho applies these standards to protect the business, customers, third parties, service providers, and the public. Flocho does not intend to unlawfully discriminate against any protected class.

7. Payments, Billing, and Checkout

When you make a purchase, you agree to pay the price, fees, taxes if applicable, shipping costs if applicable, and any other charges shown during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, Google Pay-supported processors, card networks, banks, wallets, or other payment services.

Flocho does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

By making a purchase, you authorize Flocho and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for purchases, subscriptions, renewals, approved changes, unpaid balances, taxes if applicable, and other charges you accept.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and updated. If a payment fails, Flocho may retry the charge, request updated payment information, pause access, cancel a subscription, delay fulfillment, or suspend related services.

Flocho may cancel or refuse transactions that appear suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, prohibited, or in violation of payment provider rules.

Do not send full payment card numbers, bank passwords, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or sensitive payment credentials through email, SMS, chat, or support messages.

8. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Flocho may offer monthly, yearly, promotional, trial, or other subscription plans for digital services such as MyVocabulary or other Flocho services.

Before subscribing, Flocho will show the plan, price, billing period, renewal terms, and included features where applicable.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is canceled according to the Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next billing date.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for past charges, unless required by law or approved under Flocho’s Refund Policy.

After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current paid period, unless the account is terminated for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, chargeback issues, payment failure, or other permitted reasons.

Flocho may change subscription features, prices, billing rules, or plan availability. When required, Flocho will provide notice before changes affect existing subscribers.

9. MyVocabulary and Educational Services

MyVocabulary is an educational and practice tool that may include vocabulary themes, words, translations, examples, pronunciation, audio, learning progress, stories, levels, and AI-assisted content.

MyVocabulary is designed to help users study and practice. Flocho does not guarantee fluency, grades, test results, school results, job results, immigration results, professional certification, or any specific learning outcome.

Translations, pronunciations, examples, definitions, audio, stories, and AI-generated content may contain mistakes or may not fit every dialect, context, region, or learning goal.

Users should review important educational content and use additional trusted resources when accuracy is important.

Flocho may limit access to MyVocabulary features based on subscription status, account status, plan level, technical availability, or policy compliance.

10. Finance Tools Disclaimer

Flocho finance tools may help users organize income, expenses, accounts, categories, budgets, commitments, projections, balances, subscriptions, debts, loans, alerts, and summaries.

Flocho is not a bank, lender, investment adviser, accountant, tax adviser, credit repair company, debt settlement company, law firm, or financial adviser.

Finance tools are provided for organization, estimation, tracking, and planning only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, credit, banking, or debt advice.

Any dashboards, alerts, projections, AI summaries, estimated salaries, balances, budgets, or recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on incorrect user-entered data.

You are responsible for verifying all financial information and making your own decisions. You should consult a qualified professional before making important financial, tax, legal, credit, investment, or debt decisions.

Flocho is not responsible for losses, penalties, overdrafts, missed payments, late fees, tax issues, credit issues, business losses, or decisions made based on finance tool outputs.

11. AI and Automated Features

Flocho may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate or assist with vocabulary, translations, examples, audio, stories, product descriptions, design ideas, mockups, summaries, finance insights, customer support drafts, or other outputs.

AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, offensive, unsuitable, or not appropriate for your specific use.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving AI-generated content before relying on it, publishing it, printing it, using it commercially, or making decisions based on it.

Flocho does not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, original, non-infringing, legally compliant, safe, profitable, or fit for a particular purpose.

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party information into AI features unless you have the right to do so and the feature is intended for that use.

12. Shipping, Delivery, and Fulfillment

Shipping may be available within the United States and any other areas Flocho chooses to support.

Orders are processed and shipped based on the timelines shown at checkout, on the product page, or communicated by Flocho.

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless Flocho gives a specific written guarantee.

Flocho is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs, supplier issues, payment delays, production issues, or external factors beyond Flocho’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or misdelivered because of incorrect customer-provided information, additional fees may apply.

Risk of loss may pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Order Review, Changes, and Production

Customers should carefully review all order details before submitting payment or approving production.

Order changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed. Flocho may accept or deny change requests depending on the production stage, material availability, cost, and timing.

Once production has started for a custom item, the order may not be cancelable, refundable, or changeable.

If Flocho discovers a technical issue, missing file, unclear instruction, payment issue, or production problem, Flocho may contact the customer, pause production, cancel the order, or request additional information.

Flocho may substitute materials, suppliers, or production methods when needed, as long as the final product is reasonably similar to the purchased service or product description.

14. Customer Communication and Behavior

Flocho communicates with customers using the contact information they provide, including email, SMS/text message, website chat, social media messages if provided by the customer, and other support methods.

Flocho mainly provides support by email and text message. Customers are not required to call first.

For faster and safer support, contact Flocho by email or text message first. If a phone call is needed, Flocho may call or schedule a call after reviewing your message.

By providing your phone number, you may receive transactional messages related to orders, subscriptions, account access, payments, verification, password recovery, support, or security.

Marketing SMS messages will only be sent when allowed and when the required consent exists. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of promotional SMS messages by replying STOP when available. You may request help by replying HELP when available or by contacting support@flocho.com.

Users must communicate respectfully and may not harass, threaten, abuse, spam, intimidate, insult, or use offensive language toward Flocho, its staff, contractors, customers, or service providers.

Flocho may block users, end chat sessions, restrict support access, cancel orders, or suspend accounts due to abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.

Do not send full card numbers, passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or other highly sensitive information by email or text.

15. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Flocho for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to hack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass security, abuse APIs, attack infrastructure, interfere with service operation, or access data without permission.

You may not use Flocho to upload malware, viruses, spyware, phishing content, stolen data, unauthorized payment information, or content that violates the rights of others.

You may not use Flocho to impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, submit false billing information, abuse refunds, file fraudulent disputes, or engage in chargeback fraud.

You may not resell, sublicense, copy, exploit, or commercially misuse Flocho services unless Flocho provides written permission.

Flocho may investigate suspected violations and may suspend accounts, cancel services, remove content, preserve evidence, report activity, or cooperate with legal authorities or providers where appropriate.

16. Privacy and Data

Flocho collects, uses, shares, and protects information according to its Privacy Policy.

By using Flocho, you agree that Flocho may process information needed to provide services, operate accounts, process payments, manage subscriptions, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information or content you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with Flocho.

17. Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, and Disputes

Cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled according to Flocho’s Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Subscription Terms, checkout terms, product terms, and applicable law.

Subscription cancellation generally stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges.

Custom products may not be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started, unless Flocho made an error, the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or a refund is required by law.

Digital services, subscriptions, completed design work, generated content, downloadable content, and delivered digital access may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Flocho.

If you believe there is a billing error, duplicate charge, failed service, product defect, shipping issue, or order issue, contact support@flocho.com as soon as possible with your account email, order number, payment date, photos if applicable, and explanation.

Flocho may request proof such as photos, screenshots, product images, package images, receipt information, or other documentation before approving a correction, replacement, refund, or credit.

18. Third-Party Services

Flocho may use third-party providers for payments, hosting, storage, analytics, email, SMS, shipping, AI generation, images, audio, security, fraud prevention, databases, and other business operations.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, availability, fees, limitations, downtime, and data practices.

Flocho is not responsible for third-party services, provider outages, provider policy changes, payment declines, bank decisions, card network rules, shipping carrier delays, or third-party errors beyond Flocho’s reasonable control.

Using Flocho may require you to comply with applicable third-party terms, including payment provider, wallet, bank, card network, shipping, and platform rules.

19. No Warranties

Flocho services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Flocho does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, profitable, accurate, always available, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose.

Flocho does not guarantee that digital content, AI output, finance summaries, educational materials, mockups, product previews, images, audio, translations, or designs will be free from errors or meet every user expectation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some limitations may not apply to you.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flocho and its owners, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

Flocho is not liable for business losses, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, financial decisions, tax decisions, account misuse, unauthorized access caused by user negligence, third-party provider issues, shipping delays, payment declines, chargebacks, or user-submitted content problems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flocho’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Flocho for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event that caused the claim, or one hundred dollars if no payment was made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flocho and its owners, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Flocho, your content, your orders, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your payment disputes, or your violation of third-party rights.

This includes claims related to uploaded designs, intellectual property, counterfeit goods, privacy violations, unauthorized use of images or logos, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, harmful content, misuse of Flocho services, or inaccurate information provided by you.

22. Disputes and Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact Flocho at support@flocho.com and provide a clear description of the dispute, your account email, order number if applicable, payment date if applicable, and the solution you are requesting.

Flocho will try to review and resolve good-faith disputes informally when possible.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute terms, arbitration requirements, class action waivers, venue clauses, or governing law provisions may be limited by applicable consumer protection laws. Flocho may update this section after legal review.

23. Suspension and Termination

Flocho may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account, service, order, subscription, feature, or content if Flocho believes there is fraud, abuse, payment failure, security risk, illegal activity, violation of these Terms, provider requirement, or risk to Flocho, customers, or third parties.

Termination or suspension may affect access to subscriptions, digital services, user content, order history, finance data, vocabulary progress, stored files, or other account features.

You may stop using Flocho at any time. Some obligations may survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property obligations, dispute terms, limitation of liability, indemnification, and record retention where required.

24. Changes to These Terms

Flocho may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, business operations, payment providers, legal requirements, subscription plans, security practices, shipping practices, product offerings, or customer needs.

When these Terms are updated, Flocho will change the Last Updated date above. Continued use of Flocho after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
