How cancellations work at Flocho.

This policy explains how to cancel subscriptions, custom orders, digital services, MyVocabulary access, finance tools, and other Flocho services.

This Cancellation Policy is a business template for Flocho and is not legal advice. Subscription, payment, consumer protection, refund, cancellation, SMS, custom product, and digital service rules may vary by location. For maximum protection, have a qualified attorney review this policy before relying on it as a final legal document.

1. Purpose of This Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for Flocho LLC, including subscriptions, MyVocabulary, digital services, custom products, design services, and other Flocho services.

This policy works together with our Terms of Service, Subscription Terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Help Center, and any checkout terms shown before purchase.

By purchasing, subscribing, ordering, or using Flocho services, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Flocho subscription before the next billing date.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous charges.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

When available, the best way to cancel is through your Flocho account subscription area.

If account cancellation tools are not available, you may request cancellation support by contacting support@flocho.com or contact@flocho.com.

Cancellation requests should include the email used on your Flocho account, the subscription plan, and a clear request to cancel.

3. Timing of Cancellation Requests

To avoid the next renewal charge, you should cancel before your next billing date.

Flocho may need reasonable time to review cancellation requests submitted through email, text message, or support channels.

If you wait until the same day as your renewal, your payment provider may already be processing the charge.

Flocho is not responsible for renewal charges that occur because the cancellation request was submitted too late, incomplete, unclear, or after payment processing had already started.

If there is a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical issue, contact support as soon as possible so Flocho can review the situation.

4. Access After Subscription Cancellation

After cancellation, access to paid subscription features may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

After the paid billing period ends, Flocho may remove, limit, downgrade, or pause access to subscription-only features.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your Flocho account.

Some saved data, learning progress, settings, files, orders, invoices, or support records may remain in your account according to our Privacy Policy and data retention practices.

Flocho may immediately suspend or terminate access if there is fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, payment failure, unauthorized access, or violation of Flocho policies.

5. Failed Payments and Automatic Cancellation

If a subscription payment fails, Flocho or its payment provider may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, send payment notices, pause access, downgrade access, or cancel the subscription.

Flocho may suspend paid features when a subscription is unpaid, expired, disputed, canceled, fraudulent, or not in good standing.

You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation, failed payment, or account suspension.

Updating or removing a payment method may not automatically cancel a subscription unless the subscription is canceled according to this policy.

6. Custom Product Order Cancellations

Custom products are made specifically for the customer based on the customer's selected product, size, color, design, files, text, instructions, and approval.

Custom product orders may only be canceled before production starts.

Once production has started, custom orders may not be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded unless required by law or unless Flocho made a clear production error.

Production may include preparing the design, printing, cutting, pressing, engraving, preparing materials, ordering supplies, creating mockups, or starting any work related to the custom order.

If you need to cancel or change a custom order, contact support@flocho.com as soon as possible with your order number and request details.

Flocho may approve or deny cancellation depending on the production stage, material usage, labor already performed, supplier status, and order type.

7. Digital Design Service Cancellations

Digital design services may include graphic design, mockups, templates, previews, image preparation, product design, editing, or other creative work.

A design service may be cancelable before work begins.

Once design work has started, cancellation may not be available, or a partial charge may apply for work already completed.

Completed design work, delivered files, approved previews, generated content, or digital access may be non-cancelable and non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Flocho.

If a cancellation is approved after partial work has started, Flocho may deduct reasonable costs for time, labor, materials, provider costs, or completed work.

8. MyVocabulary Cancellation

MyVocabulary subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing date.

After cancellation, paid MyVocabulary access may continue until the end of the current paid period.

After the paid period ends, Flocho may limit access to premium vocabulary themes, learning levels, audio, examples, stories, AI-assisted features, progress tools, or other subscription-only features.

Canceling MyVocabulary does not automatically delete your Flocho account or learning data.

Learning progress, saved words, themes, audio status, examples, and other related data may be retained according to our Privacy Policy and account data practices.

9. Finance Tool Cancellation

If Flocho offers paid finance-related tools, subscription cancellation may limit access to premium finance features after the current paid period ends.

Finance-related data entered by the user may remain in the account according to our Privacy Policy and data retention practices.

Flocho finance tools are for organization and estimation only. Canceling access does not replace the user's responsibility to keep independent records of important financial, tax, accounting, business, or legal information.

Users should export or save any information they need before cancellation if export tools are available.

10. How to Request Cancellation Support

For cancellation support, contact Flocho by email or text message first.

You may also send a text message to 603-219-7943.

Include the email used on your Flocho account, the subscription plan or order number, the payment date if relevant, and a clear statement that you want to cancel.

Flocho mainly provides support through email and text message to reduce spam calls and keep a clear record of customer requests.

If a phone call is needed, Flocho may call or schedule a call after reviewing your email or text message.

Do not send full card numbers, passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or other highly sensitive information by email or text.

11. Processing Time

Flocho will review cancellation requests as soon as reasonably possible.

Support-based cancellation requests may require verification of account ownership before changes are made.

Flocho may ask for additional information if the request is unclear, incomplete, or cannot be matched to an account, order, or subscription.

A request is not considered complete until Flocho has enough information to identify the account, order, or subscription involved.

For subscriptions, the safest method is to cancel through the account subscription area when that option is available.

12. Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations

Flocho may cancel, suspend, restrict, or terminate services without advance notice if there is suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, unauthorized access, payment misuse, account sharing abuse, prohibited content, or violation of Flocho policies.

Flocho may refuse cancellation requests that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or submitted by someone who cannot verify account ownership.

If a customer files a payment dispute or chargeback, Flocho may suspend access while the dispute is reviewed.

Cancellation does not remove responsibility for valid charges, unpaid balances, completed work, used services, or obligations that occurred before cancellation.

13. Cancellations and Refunds Are Different

Cancellation stops or attempts to stop future service, renewal, production, or access depending on the type of service.

A refund is a request to return money already paid.

Canceling a subscription, digital service, custom order, or design service does not automatically create a refund.

Refunds are handled separately under Flocho's Refund Policy, checkout terms, provider rules, and applicable law.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact support@flocho.com with your account email, payment date, order number or subscription details, and a clear explanation of the issue.

14. Relationship With Other Policies

This Cancellation Policy works together with Flocho's Terms of Service, Subscription Terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Help Center, and any checkout terms shown before purchase.

If there is a conflict between this Cancellation Policy and a specific checkout disclosure shown at the time of purchase, the checkout disclosure may control for that specific purchase where allowed by law.

If there is a conflict between this Cancellation Policy and applicable law, applicable law controls.
